ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Scott is originally from Winslow, Maine. He attended Bowdoin College before serving in the U.S. Army which included a tour in Vietnam. In the summer of 1969, he came to Greenville for a week of fishing and never left. Scott had a career in Fishery Management with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. He retired after 34 years working in the Moosehead Lake Region. Scott is primarily a self-taught artist.
